Client Administrator (Part-Time)

 

 A NJ company that consults with multi-generational families who share assets is looking for a Client Administrator.  The position is part time and serves both its administrative office and several consultants around the country. The job provides both the flexibility of working from a home office and the challenging dynamic of coordinating busy professionals and busy clients. The job does need flexibility in scheduling since messages come in by phone and email and require prompt responses. Keeping balance and humor while juggling demands and the pressure of deadlines is necessary. The individual will work under the direction of a senior partner in coordination with the Office Administrator.

 

Hours and Salary:

 

Up to 20 hours per week, with the potential for increasing hours in the future

$15/hr - $18/hr depending on experience
