Will oversee the Clare Bridge Neighborhood and all of the programming, meals, activities and direct care staff Will be responsible for the general health and welfare of the Clare Bridge residents. Will do quarterly assessments, meet the families and establish goals and interventions for all Clare Bridge residents.

We seek the following qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years experience working with elderly with dementia Some college required Working knowledge of basic computer access required Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management  skills required Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization CDL License with good driving record required Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays Must enjoy working with the elderly
