Claims Operations Supervisor

If you meet the requirements of this position and want to work for a world-class company with a great marketplace reputation, apply today.May perform one or more of the following:Manage day-to-day operations of inbound and outbound claims processingfunctions in accordance with DMAS Service Level Agreements;Ensure that all operational components are performed in accordance withapproved contract requirements;Ensure that cooperative relationships exist in a customer environment and work cooperatively with a state-run operations group;Ensure that all request jobs are run as approved by DMAS;Manage claims processing staff to meet DMAS requests, including ad hocreporting, special batch requests and other needs as they arise;Report and resolve production and environment issues timely and accurately; Report Operational metrics associated with Service Level Agreements toDMAS on a weekly basis.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:Demonstrated experience managing people, developing teams, and meetingcontractual requirements;Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing withall levels of management;Five or more years claims processing experience;Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage concurrent projects andeffectively respond to unanticipated DMAS business needs;Demonstrated ability to manage staff in a diverse and highly stressfulenvironment; Demonstrated experience with superior customer service skills.Education: Graduation from accredited college or university with coursework inbusiness administration, or a related field.
