As a result, we have a need for a Human Resources Trainer/Recruiter in our Ronkonkoma, NY office.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Call Center Operators manage incoming calls utilizing mechanized systems to initiate and complete client requests through the Request Management phase of our project life-cycle. The call center directs client questions, complaints, and billing inquiries to the proper desk with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Communicates with customers using the phone, in-house software applications, web-based tools, and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.



Call Center Operators may be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels.  Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.

 

 

***Shift can either be 11:30am-8:30pm or 8:30am-5:30pm***

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming telephone calls and dispose of properly via appropriate transfer, life-cycle process, or follow-up. Routinely checks the queue to monitor calls holding. Call or send emails to clients.Enter requests into Note and Ticket system. Complete initial work assessment and record information. Create Work Order for request. Assemble and distribute Project Folder Attends and participates in development programs. Participates in workshops and programs. Support the mission statement to develop, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts.
