Job Description

If you enjoy interacting with the public and enjoy talking on the phone and working diligently to resolve member problems or questions, this is the job for you.Â As a professional Call Center Associate you will assist members via telephone and emailÂ regarding questions about products or services.Â

Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have excellent people and communication skills, punctuality, attendance, basic computer and phone knowledge, patience, teamwork and a great attitude.

HS Diploma or equivalent a must.

Must have a professional demeanor and beÂ able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
