Responsible for the dispatch coordination of Field Engineers for emergency service, warranty, start-up, battery replacements and preventive maintenance in a time sensitive environment. Job Description:Responsibilities include the dispatching of Field Engineers, ordering of parts and the escalation of customer service issues. Communicate directly with customers, Field Engineers, Finance Department, management, technical and sales staff and other service operations. May help to determine methods and procedures and recommend changes to current practices and processes. Routinely exercise considerable judgment and initiative to resolve problems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where attention to detail, team work and schedule adherence is essential.Job Experience:Education: High School Diploma required. Some college preferredExperience: Minimum 2-4 year’s experience in a customer service dispatch environmentSkills/Characteristics necessary to perform essential functions 1. Exceptional Customer Service focus.2. Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.3. strong organizational skills.4. ability to manage conflicts and solve problems (troubleshooting skills).5. Superior computer skills with intermediate level knowledge of Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Web browsing. Experience with Clarify or AS 400 desired.6. Is professional and maintains a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.7. Works well in a team environment8. Dependable.9.
