CSR - Accounting Help Desk

Accounting Help Desk from the Freight Forwarding IndustryMount Prospect, IL Do you take pride in providing great service to customers?  Do you know how to work with AP, AR and maintain the general ledger?  If you have experience dealing with both customers and numbers (and are from the freight forwarding industry) I want to speak with you about joining our team.  We are a leading developer of state-of-the-art software for the freight forwarding arena.  Due to tremendous growth domestically and internationally, we are seeking a motivated, numbers oriented and service driven Accounting Help Desk Representative. This position is numbers and service driven and is well suited for a person with a long term career in mind.   REQUIREMENTS·  A solid understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry and terminology. ·  Working knowledge of AP, AR and general ledger maintenance.·  Knowledge of Legacy or Sage a plus.·  2-4 years minimum experience in the freight forwarding and accounting field concurrently.·  Must have detailed knowledge of customs paperwork and procedures·  Strong understanding of how accounting ties into the freight forwarding arena.·  Must possess outstanding customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers.·  Able to contribute and work as a Team Player.·  Must be highly organized and able to self manage.·  Excellent communication and people skills required, with the ability to deal with people on all levels.·  Proven Customer Service skills and service driven goals.·  Must be able to Multi-Task.·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.·  Detail oriented. If you have a head for numbers and love solving customer problems, and you have the requirements that are listed above, then I would like to speak with you.  Please submit your resume and salary history in MS Word format to chartmann@cngcts.com   I look forward to hearing from you….
