Position requires the set-up of large mills, lathes, and turning centers. Pay rates will start at $13-$15 per hour. After 60 days of employment, employees can receive an additional bonus of $2-$4 per hour on top of pay rate. Also, there is a 10% shift differential on top of the per hour rate.
