At Ajilon Consulting, we don't just invest in technology, we invest in people.A member of an application development team works to understand end user performance and ensure applications provide benefit to the store team members as desired. -Assists in requirement definition and refinement. -Develops end user training plan and content. -Plans for and conducts User Acceptance Training. Principal Duties: -Work with store team members to understand business process and interpret the client requirements to provide the best software solution. -Confirm processes with clients and Business Analysts. -Ensure other team members have accurate understanding of store applications and processes. -Participate in project meetings which include document inspections, team sync meetings and JAD sessions. May also include facilitating team and project meetings. -Estimates tasks for project planning and sets timelines. -Participates in the creation and execution of the project plan. Develop end user training strategy and plan. -Develop training content which will enable users to most effectively learn and use the system. -Work with trainers to incorporate training content into appropriate training materials. -Plan and conduct user acceptance testing You can view all of our jobs online at http://www.ajilonconsulting.com
