Process Analyst/Modeler will have the following responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Understand, document and design new or improved business process
• Analyzes the impact of implementing new or updated process
• Identification of best practices and determine the degree of change required to bring them into alignment with business requirements and objectives
• Mapping of business requirements to software solutions
• Use of Context Diagrams, Functional Decomposition and Data Flow Diagramming Techniques
• Use models to analyze changes in business process and data flow requirements
• Create well-constructed models



Requirements
• Knowledge of process and data modeling
• Knowledge of business requirements mapping and gap analysis
• Knowledge of Context Diagramming and Functional Decomposition
• Knowledge of software solutions to facilitate process mapping sessions for complex business processes
• Knowledge of change control procedures to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in Systems and Information Technology
• 3 years of experience in process modeling / analysis
• ERP implementation experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Strong team player
