Business Opportunity Recruiter/Contractor Resources Specialist
Overview:
This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and development of retention strategies for Home and Ground Contractors and temporary drivers; sourcing includes community interaction and meetings with groups such as military, government agencies and community leaders; must be proficient in doing information meetings and presentations to small and large groups; be familiar with contractor relations; have an in-depth knowledge of sourcing and recruiting as well as sales; working knowledge of contract and employment law and specific geographical demographics; become community and demographic expert; place ads and follow up; and implements retention strategies.
Candidate responsible for the Austin, TX/Oklahoma City, OK area and can be domiciled in either of the two areas.
Education
Mandatory Requirement:
A minimum of a 4-year college degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.
Minimum year(s) of experience in the following areas:
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in experience in recruiting, preferably sourcing contractors
Work Related Skills:
• Must possess a in-depth knowledge of sourcing and recruiting and a general knowledge of contract and employment laws and labor/contractor relations
• Must also possess a working knowledge of sales and sales techniques
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office and CDAS.
• Must be able to communicate operationally with PGH and the Field, Contractor Relations, and Contractor Settlement.
• Must be able to work with confidential information
