Position Summary:
Conceptualize, design, and support the implementation of custom logistics reports for Unyson Logistics and its customers. Manage the design and construction of high-quality performance reports, and document procedures for deploying reports to internal and external customers. The candidate is highly motivated and has a solid understanding of reporting tools, economics, and operational performance measures.
Essential Job Functions:
§ Desire to work in a highly visible role that will interact with individuals at all organizational levels, internal and external. Responsibilities include coordination between Management, technical resources, and operations resources throughout the life-cycle of a project.
§ Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as well as management of multiple projects. Superior “hands-on” problem solving skills are essential.
§ Possess high level of competency and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and one or more report writing tools. Business Objects experience a plus.
§ Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, implementation methodologies, systems integration, communications technologies, and relational database design.
§ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Presentation Skill Requirements
§Possess superior presentation skills. Must conduct report demonstrations and lead discussions with internal or client management team from field managers to senior executive.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
§ Bachelor of Science in information systems, logistics, transportation, operations management, operations research, or economics. 2-4 years work experience in operational or financial reporting. third-party logistics or logistics-related consulting is helpful.

§ Minimal.
