Core Job Responsibilities

As an integral member of our sales staff, you will represent a well-established, but dynamic, technology and customer support company. Core job responsibilities include:

• Develop and qualify leads for Fortune 1000 and mid-tier target accounts primarily via phone and email
• Sales funnel management utilizing Strategic Selling methodologies
• Leverage company marketing events, resources, programs and activities to assist Sr. Management with large account selling ($1MM+ contracts)
• Lead and own RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s, corporate presentations, executive briefings, and prospective customer site visits
• Work closely with our delivery team and partners to assess prospective customer needs, build solutions and propose outsourced solutions




Hiring Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a track-record of success in technology, entrepreneurial, customer service and/or growth company environments. The ideal candidates for these openings will be professional, high-energy and intelligent individuals with the following qualifications:

• Four-year college degree or relevant work experience
• 4+ years of phone sales experience preferably in technology, outsourcing or customer/ technical support for B2B companies
• Proven success of achieving sales quotas and company goals
• Good software skills in MS Office Suite, search engines and CRM (SalesForce.com preferred)
• Ability to work independently or as a team player
• Strategic Selling or other complex selling sales training background is a plus




Compensation Package

• Starting base salary between $60,000 to $75,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Plus attractive commissions
• Realistic six-figure plus total direct compensation earnings opportunity
