SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC (SEG) provides Finance and Accounting Consulting services to companies to enhance their decision-making and business processes.  SEG Consulting is experiencing a surge or client leads and we are strategically making additions on a contract-consulting basis for each practice line.  Our professionals provide the following consulting expertise:

 

· Risk Management Services:  Assisting companies with internal and IT audit functions to maintain compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and related corporate governance initiatives ensuring effective and efficient controls are designed and functioning to mitigate financial, operational and IT audit risks.  We have a need for a Senior Consultant with a financial internal audit background, and also a need for an IT auditor.

 

· Finance and Accounting Services:  Assisting companies through various broad Accounting and Finance project involving procedure enhancement, automation of processes, software implementations, and staff augmentation.  We have a need for a Senior Consultant with SEC reporting experience, and as an interim Controller role.

 

· Financial System Solutions:  Assisting companies through System implementations and integrations.  We have a need for a Senior Consultant with SAP implementation experience, and a need for an SQL/COBIT programmer who has experience with training and assessment of training plans, and an opening for someone with Unix experience and knowledge of financial processes and controls

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, MBA a plusMust be an experienced Consultant with five plus CPA, and/or CIA, and/or CISA or tracking desiredStrong analytical and verbal/written communications skillsServe a variety of clients within multiple industries and disciplines and maintain personal subordinates utilization goalsSolid understanding of business dynamics and operationsStrong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.  Knowledge and/or implementation experience of major ERP systems desired, ie, Oracle, SAP and PeoplesoftIf applying for Financial System Solutions positions, implementation and programming experience with Unix and SQL/COBIT desired
