Builder/BVT/Perl Script Lab Manager

Job Description:For this position, you will bring your experience as a Builder to this world-renowned software company. You will work with development teams to build all components of a software product, including maintaining batch files and tools, to keep up with changes in the product.Your responsibilities will include: Setting up initial build trees Performing, debugging, and fixing builds Promoting official drops Managing the SQL Server build process Functioning as a hotfix engineer Identifying and implementing procedures to parallelize and streamline the build process Driving the development and maintenance of build automation tools Managing the build and release schedules with shared components (ODBC, OLE DB) Identifying and driving the resolution of build and runtime errorsJob Experience: 2+ years related work experience BVT/Perl script experience in a lab environment Experience with CoreXT, Source Depot, and various scripting tools (Shell, Perl, batch files) Familiarity with Windows build processes Bachelors degree in a related field Experience with Microsoft Build is preferredMinimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
