Flygt range includes submersible pumps, mixers, and mechanical aeration equipment that are used in environments ranging from water and wastewater treatment, raw water supply, abrasive or contaminated industrial processes, mining and construction as well as irrigation.

 

We are currently seeking a Branch Office Administrator to perform an interesting variety of duties in an active branch sales office.  Duties include, but are not limited to, inventory responsibilities, processing and maintenance of sales orders, manufacturing orders, credits, and purchase orders.  Individual will also be responsible for A/P and A/R duties, running reports, assuring proper procedures are followed, support the sales and service departments and other clerical duties related to the branch office operation.

 

Individual must be able to master a customized AS/400 software package.  The position requires good math, organization and communication skills; good attention to detail; a technical aptitude; experience with Word and Excel; and a "legendary customer service" attitude.  The position requires an individual capable of performing calmly in time-sensitive situations with a high degree of accuracy and must be able to comfortably function as part of a team.  Notary Public preferred.  Previous sales office experience required.
