Billing and Accounts receivable
South suburban trucking company is looking for energetic, customer-service oriented, full-time employees at various experience levels in our billing/settlement and accounts receivable departments. Candidates must have 2+ years of transportation experience and be proficient in computer applications including MS Excel and Word. Knowledge of TMW trucking software (or similar) and/or Great Plains is a huge plus. We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, 401k, vacation and flexible hours.
Billing position consists of processing & verifying orders, creating invoices, rating, weekly driver pay, resolving issues w/ customers and outlying terminals. Positions at varying experience levels are available.
A/R position includes cash application, credit and collection responsibilities.
All positions require a willingness to deal w/ customers and employees in a professional and conscientious manner. We are a growing company and need experienced and ambitious people willing to take on responsibility.
