BILLING SPECIALIST

Medium sized service organization located in the Morris County, New Jersey seeks an accounts receivable billing specialist
Job Responsibilities include:
* Process customer billings for multiple companies.
* Ability to read / interpet billing sheets (customer contracts) and calculate billing rates
* Follow up with delinquent customer accounts for payment.
* Act as liaison between field personnel and customer regarding billing
* File and retreive customer invoices.
*Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask while adhering to weekly billing daedlines.
Education
Minimum High School diploma. Associates degree preferred
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience performing billing or other finance responsibility
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system required.
