Billing Software Trainer - Medical Billing Experience Required!
Noteworthy Medical Systems has an outstanding opportunity in our Phoenix, AZ office as a member of our Training and Implementation department supporting our medical practice management software and services. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented and dynamic communicator with billing and/or medical practice management experience who wants to move to the next level. We are seeking talented individuals for our rapidly expanding client training department. In this dynamic position, you will be involved in a broad range of critically important activities including: • Training new and existing clients on all software products in a variety of settings: One-on-One, Classroom, and Virtual • Interacting with clients to establish training requirements for proposed classes and products • Assisting in new client and new product implementation • Keeping abreast of new enhancements and technology • Providing guidance and training to other MARS departments • Presenting and/or managing user group meetings and seminars • Traveling- up to 75%
Requirements
Must have at least 2+ years of experience in four or more of the following areas: • Medical scheduling • Medical billing • Public speaking • Giving web-based demonstrations • Practice management • Software training Additional Responsibilities and Requirements: • Interacting with clients to establish training requirements for proposed classes and programs • Maintaining an efficient & effective classroom environment • Keeping abreast of new enhancements to the NetPractice software suite• Provide guidance to customer service staff on new enhancements • Represent the company in user group meetings, seminars and conferences
