Billing / Contract Analyst

Mid-size communications related company in Atlanta seeks a talented Billing / Contract Analyst to join their team.

 

Responsibilities: Provide support to AR department to ensure appropriate payment applicationPerform full cycle billing, from processing invoices weekly and monthly, as well as printing, matching back-ups Establish and monitor contracts and make sure billings are in accordance with pricing points and rates per each agreementProcess, review and analyze project cost billingsMaintain billing filesResearch short paid invoices and overpaid invoices and work with managers and clients to devise a resolutionResponsible for revenue cost of sales accrual, account reconciliation, and various financial reports associated with customers and revenueProvide support to Operations with customer and revenue analysis, inventory and purchase order issues, and other areas of accounting as requestedClose billing for all locations, including but not limited to, printing closing reports, reconciliations of unbilled receivables, investigating unreleased batches and resolving any issues

 Requirements: Associates degree desired, Bachelor degree preferred3+ years experience in billing for a corporate accounting groupExperience working in the telecommunications, communications, or software industries, highly preferredExperience working specifically with billings as it relates to client contracts, and client revenue reporting desiredExperience with large ERP system preferredIntermediate skills with Excel skills spreadsheets, pivot tables desiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood mathematical and research skillsAbility and desire to interact with all levels of management in the Sales and Finance departmentGood analytical and problem solving skills
