EDI experience is a must!Candidate will perform daily duties related to enrollments, terminations, account maintenance support, exception handling, and escalation submission. Maintain data as it relates to activation (EDI and non EDI).Work with vendors in existing and new markets as assigned. Document existing business processes. Manage enrollments and terminations processing for assigned markets while ensuring accuracy of data. Maintain tracking logs for all issues, discrepancies, and escalations that occur in this porcess as well as recommending alternative solutions.
