Job Description:Bilingual Spanish Hr Coordinator/Assistant. Reputable organization based in Thousand Oaks area has an immediate career opportunity available. Client is looking to permanently hire an outgoing Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator that possesses excellent verbal and written skills. Ideal candidate should have familiarity with general HR duties such as: employment, benefits, training, affirmative action/equal employment, employee relations, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, Wage/Labor Federal & State law, Safety and Workers Compensation. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is a huge plus. Candidate selected must be able to handle all matters with discretion and confidentiality.
