Take ownership and drive changes and enhancements for our first-rate benefits application, making an impact for 30,000 clients! As a dynamic Benefits Quality Administrator for TriNet, you will be taking on exciting new projects that include end-user testing, documenting, and making recommendations for process improvements and new system features. You will review, audit and document current processes for conformity and engineer new processes where necessary. As the go-to person for one of the most important products we provide our customers, our internal departments including IT, customer service, and human resources will rely on your expertise for continuous data management to troubleshoot and analyze production errors for continual process improvement on our PeopleSoft client-facing benefits system. As the Benefits Quality Administrator for TriNet in Reno, Nevada, your mission is to ensure that our benefits application continues to serve the needs of our growing client base and improves in functionality. You will touch every bug, enhancement, or change in our benefits application, so your background in auditing and analyzing benefits systems will be crucial to this role. Your expertise in developing end-user testing for applications, creating test cases and documenting your findings, will allow you to make the proper recommendations to our production team and IT group. Your incredible ability to manage multiple full-cycle projects at once, from the system input to the customer output, will ensure your success with enriching our customer service.
