You could be earning a competitive market salary plus benefits for this temp to hire opportunity.The Benefit Analyst will work with internal Benefits Manager(s) and external vendors in assessment, implementation, and audit of benefit plan strategy and design.Duties include:Responsible for reporting and integration of data across all vendors. Assist in the review of employee benefit program performance and financial results. Work closely with the Manager of Health & Welfare Benefits in the day-to-day management of MyBenefits technology vendor. Key contributor to successful rollout of Annual Enrollment through coordinating, testing, and auditing the impact of all benefit changes. Coordinate data specifications with payroll, information systems, and outside third party vendors. Responsible for evaluation, documentation and implementation of benefit business logic. Provide benefit system support for Health and Welfare, Retirement and Paid Time Off programs. Perform special projects as requested.  QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technical or business discipline 5 + years Health and Welfare and Retirement plan experience in a large employer setting Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and external third party vendor systems Skilled in MS Excel, Access, and SQL query Must be able to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects within deadlines Strong analytical and problem solving skills Organized, detail oriented, and a team player Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to act independently with minimal direction on new program implementations and provide oversight to daily activities of third party vendors Don't miss out!
