Benefit Manager
The Manager, Benefits will manage the benefits function which includes medical, dental, life and disability programs, flexible spending accounts and ancillary benefits.   He/she will be responsible for the following:·Designing, developing and recommending employee benefit programs and policies domestically. ·Researching competitive practices in employee benefits and Human Resources policy to support the company's goals of ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance·Play a key role in developing benefit strategies and implementing designs·Develop communication programs designed to keep employees informed about company benefit plans and any proposed changes.·Ensure programs are "best in class" with regard to trends, practices and costs·Manage relationships with external administrators & vendors·Train HR partners on benefit programs·Manage 401(k) administrative activities and annual compliance reporting·Support corporate wellness initiatives Qualifications:-Bachelors Degree and 5+ years experience managing employee benefit programs.-Strong communication, Analytical and computer skills are required.-2+ years supervisory and/or management experience.-Related certifications are a plus. Â
