Director of Branches

BURNSVILLE

This position will provide strategic as well as tactical leadership & direction to branch staff resulting in outstanding service to members through the delivery of products & services; & make it easy for members to use products & services of the credit union. This position will also provide direction & management to the Branch Managers to achieve approved objectives; effectively plan, organize, direct, analyze, & evaluate staff & processes to solve business issues & to develop solution - oriented recommendations. Reqs incl BA/BS degree in business or equiv work exp. 10+ yrs in the Financial Services Industry, w/ strong results in sales, services & lending activities. 5+ yrs of mgmt exp. PC proficiency w/ MS Office Suite, Internet, & Outlook/E-mail or equiv.
