BUSINESS MANAGER

BUSINESS MANAGER Life Cycle Engineering (LCE), a leader in solutions-based engineering services to all market segments, is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our talented team. Responsibilities for this role include managing customer service and office operations in support of client learning. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a drive for excellence in all they do. They will also have the following skills and experience: ? Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred ? Three - five years prior experience managing a high profile customer service department ? Previous experience managing a customer registration process and/or customer purchases involving follow-up coordination ? Prior marketing experience to include writing collateral content, technical publications and project management skills ? Budget development and management, preferably in excess of one million annually ? Supervisory experience with a minimum of two or more direct reports ? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software ? Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft CRM, SharePoint and OneNote ? Excellent communication skills - speaking and writing - particularly in customer service and marketing settings ? Knowledge of training delivery/environments preferred ?
