BUSINESS MANAGER
BUSINESS MANAGER Life Cycle Engineering (LCE), a leader in solutions-based engineering services to all market segments, is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our talented team. Bring your management creativity and financial skills and join us as a critical team member for our Life Cycle Institute. Responsibilities for this role include managing customer service and office operations in support of client learning. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a drive for excellence in all they do. They will also have the following skills and experience: ? Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred ? Three - five years prior experience managing a high profile customer service department ? Previous experience managing a customer registration process and/or customer purchases involving follow-up coordination ? Prior marketing experience to include writing collateral content, technical publications and project management skills ? Budget development and management, preferably in excess of one million annually ? Supervisory experience with a minimum of two or more direct reports ? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software ? Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft CRM, SharePoint and OneNote ? Excellent communication skills - speaking and writing - particularly in customer service and marketing settings ? Knowledge of training delivery/environments preferred ?
