An additional six years of progressive experience as a business/requirements/systems may be substituted for degree. Two years of business/requirements/systems analysis experience in the following:Requirements gathering, analysis and rapid formulation. Experience with user interviewing, JAD and other interactive techniques. Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate and organize information from disparate sources with appropriate levels of detail. Experience working with distributed architectures, web-applications, real time systems and legacy back-end system interfaces. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop software engineering life-cycle documentation and use cases. Seeking a self-starter, highly motivated individual requiring little guidance and a team player who can adapt to changes in client requirements and effectively work with other business analysts, developers, testers, and validation staff.Desired Qualifications: Experience using tools such as Requisite Pro, UML, Visio, RUP, and object oriented analysis techniques is desirable.
