Art Director

Rapidly growing Green Bay Ad Agency is seeking a talented, self-motivated Art Director to join our team. The Art Director will act in a leadership role within the creative team to execute creative strategy.

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, has great ideas and can compliment our team. Applicant must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent client service.

In addition to direct project accountability, this position requires an action oriented focus with a high degree of organization and communication skills.

Requirements of a successful candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in design or related field.

- Proficient with Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.

- Strong print production skills a must.

- Working knowledge of web-based design.

- Strong concepting skills.

- Keen organization and project management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

- Ability to multi-task and handle deadline pressure.

- Passion for the creative process.

- Self-motivated.

- Can-do attitude and positive work ethic.

- Cultivates teamwork.
