Find a great career today! We are looking for an Area Manager in Lubbock who will have the overall responsibility for overseeing the people, processes & operations of 5-8 restaurants in one area. The Area Manager drives excellence in day-to-day operations of all Whataburger owned restaurants in the market; trains, coaches, supports managers; plans & sets goals; focuses on in-store problem solving/process improvement; sets standards; recognizes & motivates General Managers, Managers & Restaurant Teams. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of successful, high sales volume, operational
management experience preferably in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Background check, drug screen & Motor Vehicle Check required.
