Handles support issues and requirements for applications in the assigned portfolio, regulatory & auditrequirements for portfolio, and participates in projects that impact portfolio.Responsibilities:· Manage applications within SBB toensure all service level agreements are met.· Act as a liaision between business unit and information technology, assisting with user acceptance testing, quality assurance and implementation· Work with Project Management team to ensure system improvements are delivered on-time· Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all report distribution· Maintains service-level agreements with user departments and business units. Participates in project work to support business initiatives, as needed.· Track and resolve all issues within a problem management system. Insures accuracy and timeliness of information entered into the problem management system.· other duties as assignedJob Experience:Basic Qualifications:· 3 Years of Microsoft SQLServer 2000/2005 or Oracle SQL experience· 3 Years of Crystal Reports experience· 3 Years experience in production support rolePreferred Qualifications:· Bachelors Degree · 2 Years experience in Production support specialist· 2 Years experience in Origination Systems support· 1 Year experience in IT Process ManagementNo agencies please.
