PURPOSESupport World Headquarters and Business Unit financial management in the establishment and implementation of the global financial compliance approach. Provide analytical support for a dynamic area that continually changes due to shifts in government regulations both in the U.S and other countries where the Company does business. Additionally, provide technical support for global systems used for financial compliance tracking, evaluation and documentation.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ' Assisting the Sr. Analyst, Policies & Compliance with daily maintenance in Paisley Risk Navigator.' Create and run ad-hoc reports in Risk Navigator to facilitate control testing, the monitoring of test results, and determining the status of tests during Phase I and Roll-forward testing.' Conduct and document walk-through of WHQ business processes to support the external auditors and to ensure SOx key and key controls are properly identified and test procedures are adequate.' Enter and modify control and test data in Paisley Risk Navigator.' Assist management with the completion of Sarbanes-Oxley related projects (i.e. Quarterly Audit Reports and Roll-forward Testing).' Assist with all aspects of Heinz Financial Policies, Financial Compliance Procedures and Risk Navigator Procedures. This includes maintaining and updating documents, writing new documents, etc.' Provide training for the Paisley Risk Navigator system to new users.' Assist global users with problems and questions related to Paisley Risk Navigator.' Assist is the performance of Company-Level Controls Testing.' Oversee Heinzweb Finance site administration (Sarbanes-Oxley site). Requires four years of related business experience in accounting or auditing.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with general knowledge of all aspects of Information Systems.EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Business Administration. MBA or CPA preferred.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONStrong and responsive interpersonal skills to properly communicate (both written and oral) with varying levels of personnel globally.Strong initiative to manage and complete assigned projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision.Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.General knowledge of computer systems.Strong analytical skill-set.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Depending on the candidate's level of experience, the candidate for this role may be eligible for part-time work.
