Position Description: The Operational Excellence Analyst is a unique and exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working under the leadership of a Six Sigma Black Belt. In this role, the analyst will be assigned to specific aspects of ongoing process improvement initiatives. Initial responsibilities will include process documentation, process mapping, and analysis using Excel. This role has the potential to grow into an Operational Excellence Consultant with the opportunity for Six Sigma certification. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree; Masters of Business Administration is preferred. Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology is required. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with prior work experience or internship experience in a service, financial or manufacturing environment. Coursework in statistics.  Ability to express information through effective verbal and written communications including the ability to conduct presentations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office suite; MS Project and Visio a plus.
