We are looking for an Administrative Support professional to support the Army Core of Engineers Construction division in Jacksonville, FL.  The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft office 2003 products including Word, Excel and  Adobe
- Must have the ability search intranet web page ( Doc View)
- Experience writing to adobe files, assembling documents, and integrating from/with PDF files.
- Superior organization skills
- HS Diploma
- Multi-tasking
- Position requires a US citizenship

The candidate's daily responsibilities will be:

- Selecting and extracting groups of pages using Adobe "Acrobat Standard" software
- Performing duties related to networking electronic documents and Permit instruments.
- Scanning, editing and formatting original files and program job documents.
- Copying files to multi-image TIFF format
- Converting documents to PDF format
- Converting Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents to PDF, and combining PDF documents from various sources into one complete document
- Scanning using Xeron Multifunction device (training provided if needed)

Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. This is six month, full-time opportunity.
