Administrative Specialist

 

This position is to provide administrative support to the senior management team, and the marketing & sales departments in a professional and courteous manner with great attention to detail. Duties include the production of professional memos, presentations and other documentation; coordination of scheduling and events; procurement of office supplies and management of facility vendor relations; and other administrative support duties as required. Position will also be responsible for overall facility management for the Madison location including the general professional appearance of the office, and will assist with facility management duties at other sites as required.

 

Candidates of interest will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:  Personal Computing skills, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Outlook, Internet, and keyboarding. Adobe skills(Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) desirable.  Ability to enter and update data on company and client systems in an accurate, timely manner. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.  Ability to work independently and confidentially.  Strong organization skills. The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.  Articulate written and verbal communication skills.  Focus upon customer service and deliverables.  Significant attention to detail
