Fast-paced Mfg. Rep agency in the Vancouver/Portland area has immediate opening for a FT Sales Support Assistant.  Responsibilities includes but are not limited to : data entry, order processing, order tracking, item set up, sample coordination, and customer service.

  Enthusiastic, resourceful, quick learner who works well independently and as part of a team. Positive, professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to provide high quality customer service. Proven ability to handle multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities simultaneously with changing priorities and deadlines. Confident follow-through skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (especially Excel and Word) and willing to learn customer based internet programs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
