A Brookfield based leading educational association is looking to fill an open Administrative Assistant / Secretary position. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to program directors in the Educational Programs Department. In addition the successful candidate will help coordinate speaker /instructor arrangements, educational program materials and other administrative details for large-scale conferences, courses and contract Programs.
Position requirements include advanced computer skills while working with a variety of office based software. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must also possess the ability to work independently, exercise exceptional attention to detail, be well organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced team environment.
