Pittston Twp. service company is in immediate need of a part time administrative assistant to support 5 service representatives. In this key position you will be responsible for tracking the technicians' schedules & timesheets, maintaining manuals, copy projects, tracking wage reports, preparing paperwork for accounting, tracking subcontractor bills; gathering warranty claim information and general office duties. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-2pm.Candidates have excellent oral and written communication skills and be capable of working in a team environment.Strong data entry, Word and Excel are required.
