Currently, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant I for our Roswell, GA location. Summary: This position will provide highly skilled secretarial and administrative support.Responsibilities: Responsibilities include completing expense reports, updating, organizing and coordinating meetings, and provide ad hoc project request including filing, organizing and other administrative support. The incumbent provides a broad range of secretarial and administrative support, assisting principals with scheduling meetings, maintaining department calendars, reserving conference rooms and making travel arrangements. The incumbent must maintain strong interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.Qualifications: Basic: Must be 18 years or older. HS Diploma or equivalent. 5 years of related experience. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Preferred: Associates degree in a related field. Experience providing administrative support in a medical environment.Other: High degree of interpersonal skills with ability to interrelate with a broad spectrum of personnel, including senior management and global personnel. Excellent typing, spelling, proofing, and grammar skills. An attention to detail is a must. Good communication skills; oral, written, and interpersonal. Ability to organize work, establish priorities, work independently, perform well under pressure of deadlines, adapt to variations in workload and duties, and maintain flexibility and perform well in a changing environment. Incumbent must demonstrate a positive image and build an unimpeachable business reputation. Must be able to keep information confidential.
