We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Associate. This is a hybrid position, which includes both executive assistant-type tasks as well as sales/marketing oriented administrative duties.

 

Responsibilities include:

Office Assistant

- Front desk duties: phones, greeter

- Executive admin support

- Customer service

- Office management

Sales & Marketing Assistant

- Calls (pre-sales)

- Process sales orders

- Sales and marketing support

- Maintain daily/monthly reports

- Research

 

Requirements:

Executive/sales/marketing assistance experience preferred. Applicant must be highly organized, outgoing, personable, detail oriented and a self-starter; willing to work independently at the task assigned. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

 

Compensation dependent upon experience.
