Administrative Assistant - DT Houston - up to $19.98/hr

Major Oil and Gas company in the DT area is in need of an Administrative Assistant. Must have 3+yrs administrative experience with exposure to expense reports, invoicing and scheduling. This is a great work and team environment.

Job responsibilities will include:
Supporting two key managers and four other admins. Will be helping on special projects, presentations and reporting. This is a long term contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong MS Office skills - work, excel and powerpoint Good tenure in previous positions Must be a self starter and detail oriented Must be able to multitask and stay organized
