Administrative Assistant-Bilingual-Dallas, TX
SBM Site Services is a facilities support organization providing janitorial and general building maintenance services to customers both in the United States and internationally.
We have 25 years of experience with regional offices located nationally and 4,000 employees serving corporate campuses and headquarters, with a customer base that includes many Fortune 500 companies.
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our office in Dallas, TX. Individual will provide responsive, high-quality support to our operations team and will be responsible for supporting local employees and coordinating their needs with Corporate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.Assists with staffing and information management.Prepares and communicates information to employees and former employees about company programs, procedures and changes.Serves as a liaison between the Division and the Legal, Human Resources, IT and Finance Departments.Provides services to employees to answer their questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of wages, orients newly eligible employees and process' enrollment forms and changes.Performs financial and payroll functions including, submission of wage increases, expense reporting and tracks attendance related issues; tracks vendor invoices and payments.Consults with Managers and Human Resources to evaluate the need for, develops, and implements accommodations, return-to-work, light-duty and other responses for disabled employees.Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.Prepares automated payroll time keep.Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department.Assists with human resource concerns and issues.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
