Administrative Assistant $13.00

Our client in the Plano area is looking for a Front Desk Facilities Associate position. Must have previous experience with Receptionist or Administrative type work. Summary:  This position will provide the highest quality of service for external and internal customers both over the phone and in person.  This role will also be asked to provide reliable and knowledgeable general office support for the office and back up support for Account Associates. 

 

Essential Job Functions: Answer the phones at the Front Desk Provide direct customer service over the phone and face to face Maintain conference rooms Clean and maintain the order of the conference rooms Clean and stock the kitchen daily as needed in excess of each day Maintain conference rooms calendar and resources allocation for all meetings in the Plano office

 

Secondary Job Functions:

·  Office Depot supply ordering

·  Maintain and organize the Marketing closet

·  Miscellaneous administrative tasks for the AA team
