Admin / Association Manager

ADMIN / ASSOCIATION MANAGER Our client, a well respected Association Management Company, located in Somerset County, NJ has an exceptional DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an Admin / Association Manager.  RECENT COLLEGE GRADS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! This position requires a detail and customer service oriented self - starter with strong admin, people and computer skills.  Position requires an extremely organized Admin able to: Balance multiple deadlines and demands Provide exceptional customer service Work effectively with volunteer leaders to implement programs and goals Respond to a variety of member requests by phone and e-mail Assist conference committees and the Director of Meetings with the planning, coordination, and administration of conferences and courses materials Staff events on-site throughout North America (travel two – three times a year required) Manage annual membership renewal process and invoicing Manage nominations and elections of volunteer board of directors Schedule and participate in board and committee conference calls  Candidates must have the following qualifications 1-2 years Admin / Customer Service experience 4 year college degree Previous experience with non – profit organizations and/or experience as a volunteer with associations is a plus! Exceptional customer service skills! Must be an animal lover! (Veterinary experience a plus!)
