Ad Operations Manager

Position Overview: As Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working with Sales and Client Services to deliver, manage and support all online advertising campaigns to maximize ad revenue and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities: * Evaluate, implement, and manage ad serving systems for banners, video, overlays and other formats as needed. Ongoing management includes updating tagging and technology requirements as product offerings, ad formats and advertiser needs change. * Evaluate, implement, and manage stream/download systems to report onvideo usage* Oversee site redesign projects as they relate to online advertising and DFP infrastructure. * Partner with Client Services to plan, prioritize, schedule, and deliver campaigns. * Manage the scheduling, production, QA, trafficking, and implementation of all online advertising campaigns. * Track and optimize campaigns to ensure delivery and maximize revenue. * Develop detailed spec sheets and support creative/technical related inquiries from customers and internal parties - including questions about rich media capabilities and ad serving and tracking systems. * Develop routines for communication with internal teams on inventory, scheduling, performance reporting. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years hands-on experience working within an online ad operations team using display and video ad serving systems. * Comprehensive understanding of inventory management, scheduling,trafficking, and campaign success metrics * Proficiency with ad server systems such as DART DFP * Proficiency with Black Arrow * Working knowledge of all third party rich media vendors * Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media, including various online creative formats; ability to create, modify and troubleshoot most ad types, and; experience with rich media ad trafficking including video streaming, etc. * Strong Excel skills. * Ability to work independently as well as with a team * Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines * Must be extremely organized, process oriented, and detail oriented * Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills * Strong project management and communication skills * Four year BA/BS degree required
