Accounts Payable Administrator / Customer Service Representative Summary
Our client, located in Raleigh, North Carolina, is in need of an Accounts Payable Administrator / Customer Service Representative.

This contract position is expected to last at least three months. This is a possible contract to permanent role.
Working hours will be conducted between 8:00 - 5:00PM. Dress code will be business casual attire.

Accounts Payable Administrator / Customer Service Representative Duties Create purchase orders. Sort and match invoices, and enter A/P information into computer for payment. Maintain filing system for PO's and invoices. Take incoming calls for customer service requests. Enter information into computer and schedules service to be performed. Document completion of service work in computer and maintains files.
 

 

Essential Accounts Payable Administrator / Customer Service Representative Skills & CharacteristicsMust be a U.S. citizen Must pass background check and drug test Should have 3 years or more of data entry experience Should have 3 years or more of strong customer service experience Should have strong organizational skills Should have at least one year of accounts payable experience Ability to communicate and work well with others
