Account Sales Representative

CVI Digital Solutions, a multi-million dollar company in the digital office equipment and technology industry is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in both our Denver and Northern Colorado offices.

CVI Digital Solutions is an independently owned and operated, Denver based company that has been in business since 1966. We offer sales, leasing and rental solutions for digital document management equipment including copiers, printers, fax machines and multi-functional office equipment. We also offer a full lineup of document management software solutions. We are an authorized dealer of Ricoh Family Group products, Sharp Electronics, Hewlett-Packard, Digitech, LaserFiche and E-Copy.

This position will be responsible for managing and growing the customer base in an established assigned territory through the expanding of relationships with current customers, establishing new business partnerships, negotiating transactions and finding innovative ways to expand market share.

A successful candidate will be an intelligent, charismatic, hard working individual who feels comfortable speaking about technology with executive level decision makers. A general familiarity with technology and good communication skills are essential. A college degree or selling experience is required.

Job Purpose:

Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services.

Duties:

* Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.

* Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.

* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

* Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.

* Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

* Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
