The Account Representative will be interacting with the management teams at different locates to insure that product knowledge and merchandise are being promoted and is visual to the public. Establish and maintain social and civic relationships with clients in the assigned territory to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services. . Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the corporately defined revenue and profit targets.. Analyze the client needs and interests and manage client satisfaction issues. . Make telephone and in-person calls and presentations to clients.. Expedite the resolution of client problems/complaints. . Ensure strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and applications and related services and be capable of effectively contrasting them from the competition. . Evaluate performance results and make adjustments as needed. . Coordinate sales efforts with the sales management, marketing and order/billing staff. . Keep abreast of the products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.. Provide strong existing client management and outgoing business development efforts to optimize effective market coverage. . Ability to travel up to 50% as needed. . Strong oral and written communication skills..
