Presently WIS International is seeking a highly motivated Associate Field Support Specialist.JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Sr. National Accounts Manager, this position exists to manage accounts and sales activities which ensure that customer accounts & prospects are developed in the most professional manner possible while contributing to WIS International’s corporate objectives. JOB DUTIES 1. Acts as liaison with persons both inside and outside of the company by constantly communicating with the Account Management Team, Field Operations, the Customer Data Center and Technology personnel to provide/receive information updates, as well as help to coordinate the scheduling for and advise in the planning of future inventories through direct/in-direct communication including conference calls and meetings.2. Investigates and resolves quality of service issues received directly from clients. Initiates and monitors appropriate action plan through direct communication with Field Operations and makes informed recommendations to resolve issues such as late PIC’s or PIV’s, crew shortages, crew’s tardiness, or missed inventories during or after the inventory round. This contact communicates concerns and resolutions frequently with and to Field Directors and DVP’s and the Sales/Account National Management representatives to which they report. 3. Investigates and resolves account issues such as delinquent final reports, customer service refunds or billing problems. Communications with Field Operations, the Customer Data Center, Accounts Receivable or Technical Support, Field Directors and DVP’s and the Sales/Account National Management representatives to which they report is essential to smooth resolution. May resolve issues directly with the customer and suggest/coordinate appropriate contract modifications or allowances.4. Generates a data base of account data used for service, production and fee analysis by organizing report data from the WIS Intranet and company databases. Specializes in accounts assigned to them and becomes the expert in the clients needs and forms a close relationship with the customer. Makes suggestions of service offerings, fees and contract terms based on their intricate knowledge of the client and in conjunction with meeting the short and long term business goals of the company.5. Monitors and distributes inventory schedule information by maintaining constant contact with clients, our schedulers, field offices and Sales/Account Management personnel. Utilizes company computer network and reviews the accuracy of account data for inventory components and account instructions and trouble shoots inventory schedules prior to the beginning of each round.6. Participates in the marketing and selling of additional customers for WIS by developing "partner-like" relationships with assigned customer contacts by preparing presentation materials for sales and review meetings using their data base information. 7. Assures that customer accounts are managed and developed in the most professional and efficient manner by providing account analysis and input into account instructions to ensure customers procedural expectations are communicated, compliance with WIS policies are understood by clients and safety guidelines are achieved. 8. Assist in assuring inventory customers' complete satisfaction by responding to any requests/concerns which arise prior to, during and occasionally after the inventory round and accommodate customers’ requests without disrupting other planned field operations while supporting the WIS margin objectives. 9. Support the execution of liquidation opportunities by quickly preparing schedules, technical set-ups and instructions to support these events. Manage on-call assignments as directed by supervisor which may include work outside of an 8 hour day. This may include responding to client emergencies and attending customer events which may also include company paid travel. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: A minimum two years of college preferred.Experience: One year of account management or sales experience, preferably in the service or retail related industry. Customer service responsibilities in the retail or service environment is preferred including supervisory experience or previous inventory experience or 12 months experience in a retail or service industry.SKILLS: 1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to interact with different levels of customer representatives and their company’s operations managers.2. Ability to effectively document, research and respond to customer service issues.3. Ability to utilize the different WISi support departments to meet customer needs.4. Ability to display advanced PC Skills in Microsoft Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and the ability to analyze the data maintained. 5. Ability to understand and efficiently use scheduling software.6. Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and prepare presentation materials.9. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks and the ability to multi-task dividing time to cover multiple accounts.10. Ability to utilize and understand all Web site and WEB customer analysis data.11.
