Qualifications - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written - Ability to document business and functional requirements - Ability to manage priorities - Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly within small teams and among peers - Strong presentation skills, including to executives EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - 4 year degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 10 or more years work experience in Finance, Accounting or related field and experience working with financial and operating systems; Hyperion and JD Edwards preferred. - Candidates must show evidence of an inclination towards continuous learning Responsibilities The Assistant Director of Financial Systems is responsible for a subset of the centralized database management, interfaces management, and training of the finance software. The Assistant Director coordinates with the sub departments and Information Technologies on enhancement, error resolution and process improvement projects.
